Friction Discs for Texturing Yarns

Friction discs made of technical ceramics enable a reduction in friction and wear during yarn texturing, resulting in improved texturing efficiency and a longer service life for the machine components. In addition, the smooth surface of the ceramic discs enables more precise control of the texturing process, resulting in a more consistent yarn quality.

Our all-ceramic friction discs are available in four different surface finishes tailored to the respective application: Cerasoft®G, Cerasoft®GX, CeramTec-Standard or Standard-S.
